No. MentorPRO may provide certification direction or career guidance around certifications, but it is not a substitute for formal PMP/CAPM exam preparation, authorized training, or exam coaching.
Matching considers goals, domain, career stage, mentor expertise, availability, preferred mode, language preference, and mentor capacity. The program team coordinates matching and may offer group clinics where several participants have similar needs.
A typical mentoring cycle may run for 4–6 months with about 2–4 hours of engagement per month, based on the track, cohort structure, and mutually agreed cadence between mentor and mentee.
Yes. Participants are expected to maintain confidentiality, respectful engagement, professional conduct, and appropriate boundaries. Exceptions may apply where escalation is required for legal, safety, or ethical reasons.
The student track is envisaged as free, the mid-career track may include initial free sessions, and senior/leadership tracks may be paid depending on Chapter decisions. Final fee, sponsorship, and cohort details will be communicated by PMI Pune-Deccan India Chapter.
